Since our heart as an organization is bringing unity to the Church, we stand by the core Christian beliefs that are most universally believed among all believers.

We Believe

  • In the Bible as the inspired Word of God (II Timothy. 3:15-17; I Peter 1:23-25; Hebrews 4:12)
  • In One Triune Godhead (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) (John 1:1-5, 10-14; Matthew 28:18-20)
  • In the virgin birth of Jesus, and in Jesus’ full humanity and divinity (Isaiah 7:14, Luke 1:26-38, John 1:1-14, Hebrews 4:15, Hebrews 2:17, Philippians 2:5-11)
  • In the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:1-5, Romans 6:1-11, Acts 2:29-36)
  • That Salvation, redemption, and freedom are received by grace through faith in Jesus’ sacrifice for mankind (Romans 3:24; John 3:3, Ephesians 2:8, Romans 10:8-10)
  • In the adoption of believers into the family of God (2 Corinthians 6:18, Romans 8:14-17, Hebrews 2:11. Ephesians 1:5)
  • In the indwelling and empowerment of the Holy Spirit in believers (John 15:26, John 14:26, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 1 Corinthians 3:16, Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Corinthians 5:20, Romans 12:3-8, Ephesians 4:11-13, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, 1 Corinthians 12:27-28)
  • All believers are essential members of the Body of Christ, His Church and Bride, of which Christ is Head  (Ephesians 1:22-23; 2:19-22; Hebrews 12:23, 1 Corinthians 12:12-27)
  • In the return of Jesus to gather His Bride (those who profess Jesus as Lord) to be with Him for all eternity, and eternal separation from God for all who deny Him (Acts 1:10-11, John 14:2-3, John 14:18, Acts 17:31, John 12:44-50).

The Apostles Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth: and in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead, He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

The Nicene Creed

I believe in one God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible; And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of His Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light; Very God of Very God; begotten, not made; being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made; Who for us men, and for our salvation, came down from heaven; and was incarnate by the Holy Ghost of the Virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate. He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven; and sitteth on the right hand of the Father, and He shall come again with glory to judge both the quick and the dead; Whose kingdom shall have no end’.

And I believe in the Holy Ghost; the Lord and Giver of Life; Who proceedeth from the Father and the Son; Who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified; Who spake by the prophets. And I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins. And I look for the resurrection of the dead; and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Note: The understood and accepted meaning of the word “catholic” is “universal” from the Greek word καθολικός (katholikos), and the word “apostolic” refers to continuing in following the original teachings of the first apostles as recorded in Scripture.
